Playing Helps Keep Love In Your Marriage
Don't let having fun with your husband fade in your marriage. One way to keep fun in your marriage is to play games together. There are some games you should not play and that is the game of pointing out his faults. That game is not fun. The games we are talking about are ones where you can have fun with each other. Strive to have fun with each other every single day that you are married. Fun and love go hand in hand. Fun allows a partnership to grow in laughter and trust.
There are a number of board games that you can play together and have lots of fun. If you already have children you may want to include them some and make it family fun. You may want to try some role-playing games. When you play games with your spouse you can learn a great deal about that person. One evening you might want to do something fun like reenact your first date. One game that a lot of couples like is to pretend that they aren't married and that they are having an affair. Come up with ways you would act or places you would meet if you were really having an affair.
Some couples play a continuous 'hide and seek' game where they take an object and 'return' it to the other one in different creative ways. Some have a waiter or flight attendant return the item or they hide it in a place that is special to the spouse so it will be found later. It is just a fun little way of putting a smile on your spouse's face at an unexpected time.
When you are out together play a kissing game. Maybe you decide to kiss at every red light or every time you see some other couple holding hands.
 It doesn't necessarily have to be a game that you play together in order to have fun together. Maybe you go and enjoy watching a game together; like football, baseball, etc. Just be sure that you both enjoy the sport or you won't truly be having fun together.
Take time to watch a funny movie or show together. Laugh a lot together.
Think about the things that you did when you were dating that were so much fun. Recreate some of these times and truly laugh and have fun together.
